Transformational Breath® is a spiritual self-empowering technique designed to open the respiratory system, clear the subconscious of negativity, and allow a deeper alignment with our highest potential. Using a full diaphragmatic breath you are able to massage all the organs through the movement of the diaphragm. This breath also enables good circulation. Transformational Breath is different from other forms of integrative breathwork and Yogic Pranayama.
This technique functions in three levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Transformational Breath encourages full, relaxed rhythmic breath from the lower abdomen into the chest with no pauses between inhalation and exhalation.
You will set intentions that are powerful, personal, and present. You will experience toning (vocalization), affirmations, and hands-on facilitation to relax tense muscles.
Transformational Breath also includes a Breath Analysis that correlates personal issues in your life. You may preform this technique by yourself after a few facilitated sessions.
